About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Crystal Clean Windows and Floors Inc. as a Floor Care Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial building and shopping centre clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of our facilities.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean appearance.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate is required.
  • Bondable and able to pass a criminal record check.
  • Reference required for employment verification.
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
Working Conditions

  • Commercial building and shopping centre locations.
  • Public transportation is available for employees.
Language and Work Schedule
  • Work Language: English is required.
  • Hours: 21 to 40 hours per week with a permanent work term.
