Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Crystal Clean Windows and Floors Inc. as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building and shopping centre locations.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Work independently with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and walk for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work and the advertised start date.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility.
