About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Industrial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-performing teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and managing large workloads
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
