About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Industrial. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve strategic goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee development and engagement.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
