Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our leadership team to shape the overall design strategy for our products.
- Develop and implement design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the iterative process and ensure the highest quality designs.
- Provide mentorship and training to our design team to help them grow and succeed.
- Mentor designers of all experience levels and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Sell the design vision both internally and externally and effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms, apps, or related digital products.
- Complete UX understanding: problem discovery, solution generation, concept creation, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping, competitive analysis, customer journey mapping, applying design systems, and producing deliverables for development.
- Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma or others.
- General awareness of web and mobile technology (i.e., JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience mentoring designers of all experience levels and creating design patterns and guidelines.
- Passion for gaming and interest in exploring innovative design approaches within the gaming industry.

Salary Range:$115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually
Benefits:- Vacation: 3 weeks per year to start
- Sick time: 10 days per year
- Paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when welcoming a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave)
