Food Safety Coordinator

The Fox and Fiddle On John is seeking a dedicated HACCP Coordinator to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality within our operations. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing our production processes.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a related field.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the food production cycle.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on their roles, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Advise on staffing decisions, including recruitment and promotions.
- Compile and analyze production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and product excellence.
- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
- Develop strategies to align work schedules and collaborate with other departments.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Instruct employees on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety measures.
- HACCP Certification is required.
- Ability to work autonomously.
