Behavioral Skills Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Behavioral Skills Coach to join our team at Inspiretci. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behaviors.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain behavioral programs, including skill acquisition programs and individualized behavioral protocols;
- Provide positive reinforcement and corrective feedback to residents daily;
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, transfers, toileting, and physical assistance;
- Administer medication programs and interact with residents' families and visitors;
- Complete all necessary documentation, including behavioral data, shift summaries, house charts, and incident reports;
- Evaluate and improve the safety of the environment, following all safety protocols and implementing required interventions;
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Autism & Behavioral Sciences, Developmental Services, Human Services);
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with good communication skills and ability to work well within a team;
- Availability to work a rotating schedule and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances;
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with complex behaviors and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis;
- Current First-Aid and CPR certification and valid driver's license.
Crisis Intervention training and Registered Behavior Technician certification are preferred qualifications for this position.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
