Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
