  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items and prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the security team is operating efficiently.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
