We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our project procurement and bid process. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team through project procurement, the bid process, and pre-construction.
  • Mentor and train junior estimating staff.
  • Assemble accurate, detailed, and well-organized budgets and estimates.
  • Work with various contract types, including Construction Management, Design Build, P3, and Lump sum.

Requirements:

  • A construction-related degree or diploma and 8 to 10 years of experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional construction estimating.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies, and techniques, and construction contracts.
  • Extensive experience creating conceptual budgets.
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately in time-sensitive situations while delegating to a team.
  • Experience with estimating software (OST, costX).
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance due to project requirements.
