Job Title: English as a Second Language Teacher

Aifabot Inc. is seeking a qualified English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher to join our team. As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for instructing students in English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Supervise and train teaching assistants and student teachers to ensure they are equipped to support students effectively.
  • Prepare subject material for presentation according to an approved curriculum.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience teaching English as a second language.
  • TESL/TELF/TESOL certification.
  • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
Working Conditions:
