Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Baseline Chicken Foods Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Team Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
