Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Western Canada Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our team in Western Canada. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development in the region.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position that will play a key role in developing and executing a regional growth strategy for Western Canada.
  • You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing new business opportunities, as well as setting and monitoring sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration with our marketing team to create promotional programs and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners are essential aspects of this role.
  • You will also be responsible for recruiting, organizing, managing, and developing an effective sales team, establishing and overseeing the sales budget, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance.
About You:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial vehicles sector or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and team management skills, and advanced competency in data analysis and mastery of CRM tools are essential for success in this role.
  • You should be able to work in a dynamic environment and have a stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours/week.
