Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Right Choice Builders Inc.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, measuring weights, and performing pre-operational inspections. They will also be required to clean and lubricate cranes, instruct apprentices, and mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer and Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. They will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, and will be exposed to noisy, dusty, and hot conditions.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, reliable, team player, and hardworking
Work Terms:
