Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Alpha Draywall and Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and erecting walls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
