About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Sales Associate - Professional Paint Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painting contractors and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with outside sales reps to take care of customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to ensure they have the right products for their needs.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
