Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for supervising work, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise work according to set priorities and company requirements
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Carry out merchandising duties as directed by the Store Manager
  • Supervise the replenishment process
  • Manage promotional activities and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Assist in recruiting staff for the department
  • Determine work schedules and ensure customer needs are met
  • Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in personnel management
  • Experience managing a retail business
  • Strong leadership skills, resourceful, and autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills
