IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate IT Project Coordinator to support our project planning and financial controls initiatives.
This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension. The work environment is hybrid, with 2-3 days onsite in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular financial status reports to management through monthly reports
- Maintain the operational budget
- Support budget tracking with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Project (EPM)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of project controls, including cost control, schedule management, change control, quality management, and risk management
- Strong experience with reporting and operational budgets
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Project Online
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP (project costing, coding, etc.)
