We are currently seeking a Summer Reception and Marketing Coordinator to support our reception staff at the corporate head office. As a Summer Reception and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting guests, and providing sales support for promotional merchandise. You will also assist the department with special events, promotions, communications activities, and creative work.

We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering full-time post-secondary studies in September 2025. The ideal candidate must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) and possess a good work ethic, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Familiarity with computers and excellent customer service skills are essential. Additionally, you must be bilingual (French and English) and committed to Health and Safety.
