Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Cashier to join our team at Sudbury Plaza Bowl inc.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and clean the counter area to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Computer and Technology: Familiarity with electronic cash registers, Interac machines, and computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- Transportation and Travel: Own vehicle and be able to travel to various locations as required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience or equivalent experience.
- Availability for the advertised start date.
- Current legal ability to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in this field of employment.
30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
English language required.
