About the Role

The Operations Co-op program at PepsiCo is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a real-world business environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a future supply chain leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines, including process flow design, productivity measures, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and associate peers to build relationships and drive business results.
  • Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes, and present findings to team members and management.
  • Work on large-scale projects, managing time and effort with minimal supervision, and develop statistical modeling and reporting tools.
  • Lead production staff to achieve production and quality goals, and facilitate team meetings to drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with proven people/project leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in an operations environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, making tradeoff decisions quickly, and demonstrating results-oriented behavior.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
