Job Summary

CPA Ontario is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing external and internal communications programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to engage various audiences, including employees, members, and students.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop communications plans that meet business objectives.
  • Write and edit a wide range of communications materials, including executive speeches, member communications, corporate reports, and presentations.
  • Provide strategic communications input to marketing campaigns and events.
  • Partner with design and digital teams to ensure consistent tone and voice in organizational messaging.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive communications experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
