- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to investment advisors to support their business development.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to investment advisors, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
