Job Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beverages Account Merchandiser to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment
  • Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
  • Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
  • Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition

Requirements

  • You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalence
  • You hold a valid Class 5 License and have access to your own vehicle
  • You're physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
  • You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated
  • You have excellent time management skills
