Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our British Columbia Retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, ensuring brilliant execution, and installing/ replacing/updating point-of-sale materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.
  • Ensure product standards are met and executed flawlessly.
  • Install, replace, or update point-of-sale materials, including racks, price cards, display units, and semi-permanent displays.
  • Set up displays according to prior agreements or brand strategy.
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution and rotated regularly.
  • Check pricing and product quality, reporting any issues accordingly.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of point-of-sale materials from our warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business, preferably.
  • 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Valid provincial driver's license with no limitations or restrictions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
