Driver Development and Safety Lead

As a Driver Development and Safety Lead, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to our drivers and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. You will also be responsible for conducting root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents, ensuring consistent discipline and retraining.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures;

  • Conducting root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents;
