We are seeking a highly skilled Pursuit and Proposal Manager to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Calgary Accounts, Marketing, and Pursuits & Proposals team, you will be responsible for supporting client service teams in developing strategic proposals and managing the end-to-end proposal process.
Key Responsibilities- Support client service teams in developing pursuit strategies and proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including evaluating requirements, organizing kickoff meetings, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Develop and tailor content to meet client needs and KPMG quality standards.
- Collaborate with Accounts, Marketing, and other teams to ensure successful proposal delivery.
- Complete win/loss debriefs to improve future proposals and engage with clients.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal and business writing.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with desktop publishing.
