About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking and Financial Services Advisor to join our team. As a Banking and Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue sales and referral opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to clients

Requirements

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
  • Demonstrated passion for client service and sales in a target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn
