Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
