Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and maintenance.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client-focused and dependable with a strong work ethic.
