We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the success of our store, making important decisions that directly impact business results every day. As an Operations Team Lead, you will continuously develop and empower your team members.

  • Front End Supervisor opportunities may include managing cashiers and customer service representatives.
  • Production Supervisor roles may involve overseeing the receiving and processing of donated goods.
  • Community Donation Supervisor positions may focus on developing relationships with local donors and ensuring smooth operations at donation centers.
