As a Liquor Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly manner, offering product expertise, and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Receive, unpack, and display merchandise, and perform opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, such as receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the liquor store environment.
- Must have valid ProServe certification.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets.
