Hearthside Food Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production operations. This role requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of continuous learning and development, drive accountability, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a culture of continued learning and development among 13+ salaried leaders and approximately 100+ employees per shift.
- Direct the conversion of raw materials into finished products with minimum waste and labor costs.
- Champion new ideas and encourage team members to try new approaches to solve key operational issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leadership experience in a large manufacturing facility. Experience in food, beverage, or CPG is an asset.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Effective use of key performance indicators to drive results.
