Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful installation of STERIS products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential installation risks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain expertise in installation and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational environment.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
