About the Role:

3M is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operator to join its Milton team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products and materials within our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving: Ensure accurate quantity and lot number verification for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate raw material warehousing, including physical and system processing of transfers from raw materials warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa.
  • Material Handling: Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
  • Quality Control: Record and report all non-conformances and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Cycle Counting: Perform accurate cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Lot Control: Maintain accurate lot control through proper FIFO of materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet trucks and shrink wrappers.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must reside in Canada
  • Proficiency with MS-Office and associated software for data entry, inventory tracking, spreadsheets, and electronic mail
  • JIT, FIFO knowledge
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
