Stocking Team Leader Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stocking Team Leader to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Stocking Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening. This role is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening
- Ensure the operational requirements of the store are met
- Enhance our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner

**Requirements:**

- Good inter-personal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
- Positive, mature, and professional leadership style
- Solid understanding of policies and procedures

**Working Conditions:**

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, Monday through Sunday
- Shift times may start as early as 4:00am
