Immunogenicity Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of our Immunogenicity team at Charles River Laboratories, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the immune response induced by biotherapeutics, including gene and cell therapies, biologics, and vaccines. Your primary responsibilities will include performing various immunoassays and enzyme assays on multiple platforms, as well as method development, validation, and sample analysis. You will also be responsible for documenting and processing analytical data according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform immunoassays and enzyme assays on multiple platforms, including antibody assay by ELISA and Electrochemiluminescence (ECL)
• Develop, validate, and analyze biological assays
• Document and process analytical data according to GLP

Requirements

• Holder of a DEC in Science (Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory, or equivalent) or a BAC in Science (Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry)
• Ability to work under time constraints, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changes
• Work with precision, pay attention to detail, and strive for quality work
• Self-starter with a collaborative and positive attitude
• Reading comprehension in English is mandatory; bilingualism in French and English is preferred
