CIBC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Indigenous Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Indigenous Recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing top talent to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top Indigenous talent
- Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, and leaders to identify and recruit top candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Provide expert advice on recruitment and talent acquisition best practices to support business partners

Requirements:
