Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K/Shell. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and implement effective inventory control measures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
