Parts Clerk Supervisor

CSN Whitehorse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Parts Coordination: Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies, and ensure they are properly labeled and organized.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
