Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Analytics to lead our analytics team and drive business value through data-driven insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analytics professionals to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify business needs and develop analytics strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to provide insights and inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, techniques, and data sources to improve analytics capabilities and drive business value.
  • Communicate complex analytics concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in applied analytics, preferably in financial services.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or other analytic programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
