About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as our President and Chief Executive Officer. As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our mission and vision forward, leading our team, and making strategic decisions to ensure our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our strategic plan, aligning with our mission and vision
  • Lead and manage our senior leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Oversee our financial planning and budgeting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
  • Represent our organization in a professional and effective manner, promoting our mission and values
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial planning
  • Passion for our mission and values, with a commitment to driving positive change in our community
