Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Brandt in Brampton, Positioning Technology location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to develop and execute sales strategies across the territory, driving growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new whole goods products within the designated sales territory
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment
  • Maintain current knowledge of customers' business activities and needs
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategies for the territory
  • Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and French
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
  • Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
  • Knowledge of common positioning and grading issues on a civil construction site considered an asset
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
