About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at Apexcraft Constructions Ltd. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, renovating, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install underground wiring and cables to ensure safe and efficient electrical distribution.
  • Splice, join, and connect wires to meet the electrical needs of our clients.
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults to minimize downtime and ensure electrical systems are running smoothly.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure electrical installations are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
  • Work a permanent schedule with 40 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and clients.
