Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Nova Montessori Preschool. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans
  • Assist in housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support children's growth and development
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers
  • Communicate with parents and keep records of children's progress
  • Lead activities that promote creativity, physical activity, and socialization
  • Encourage children to express themselves through art, music, and dramatic play
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
