Job Description:

At North Lake Enterprises LTD, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for labour, materials, and general expenses related to construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, including forecasting and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project information and ensure accuracy in cost estimates.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, including blueprints, drawings, and specifications, to inform cost estimation decisions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Communicate cost estimates and project budget updates to senior management and clients, ensuring timely and transparent reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
