We are seeking an experienced Apprentice Technician (Level 1/2) to join our service team at Guelph KIA.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by conducting maintenance procedures, determining vehicle repair requirements, and providing accurate recommendations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and checklists
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle fluid levels
  • Lubricate moving parts
  • Tire mounting, balancing, and rotations
  • Communicate with parts department
  • Document work performed
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training
  • Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean
Requirements:
  • Level 1 or 2 Apprentice training
  • Familiarity with ADP and CDK programs
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Efficient problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving history
