Android AOSP Software Architect

Aescape, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Android AOSP Engineer (Senior / Staff) to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing software systems running in AOSP for our new setup and control experience product.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new device drivers and features through AOSP stack, Linux driver, HIDL, Binder, AIDL, Java SDK.
- Design and develop innovative, customized features and modules, and optimize Android systems at the framework level.
- Strong knowledge of Android Framework, Android System-Vendor services, JNI, AIDL, Se-policy rules in Android framework.
- Must have programming skills with C/C++, JAVA/Kotlin, Python, Shell script.
- Must have worked with development tools like GIT, SVN, JIRA, Android studio etc.
- Strong knowledge of Android porting on various platforms and Device based customization of UI and Backend services.
- Strong Knowledge of Android HIDL for vendor specific modules such as Cameras, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 9 Axis Sensors, Battery etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in a few areas of AOSP and Linux kernel.
