Job Summary

As a seasoned Civil Engineering Director, you will lead our team in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. With your expertise in project management, construction, and civil engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, with experience working on complex projects involving rail systems. You will be an expert in managing teams, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project management team to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Manage and supervise project personnel
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and joint venture partners


Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum 20 years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of delivering commercial success
- In-depth expertise in civil construction, with a solid understanding of rail systems
- Experience with complex contractual agreements and project financing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
