Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement Services team at Vigi Santé. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our purchasing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track requisitions from healthcare facilities
  • Provide administrative support to buyers and department heads
  • Participate in inventory counting and data entry
  • Update contract databases and supplier profiles
  • Communicate with existing suppliers
  • Monitor and update price quotes with the finance department
  • Track and update order calendars
  • Update procurement templates
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures with department heads
  • Track receipt dates and inventory shortages

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to find creative solutions to administrative problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • DEP and experience in a procurement department, with functional English skills
